Currently, you must be 16 years or older to get a Hawaii National Trust Bank account. We're hoping to lower this in the future!
Simply click on the "Open Account" button, and fill out the short form with your personal information.
Opening an account will not affect your credit score. We don't believe in making money based on debt and therefore don't support overdrafts. That's why we don't check your credit history, simply because we don't have to.
Your card can be used to shop online, make in-store purchases, make ATM withdrawals and use contactless payments wherever possible.
To recover your password, go to the LOGIN area and click Forgot Password.
If you lose your card, it’s stolen or gets stuck in an ATM, we advise you to immediately block your card and request a replacement.
When you are done banking, always remember to securely sign out of your account by selecting “LOG OUT” at the top right of the screen.
If you forgot your password, you need to create a new one for your security. Never use an old password as your new password.
